Agent, Client Experience - Toronto, ON - Hybrid (Fixed Term Contract)

Overview

• The Timeline: This is a 6-month contract starting October 26th, 2026, with strong possibilities for extension and conversion to permanent full-time based on business needs and your performance!
• The Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays) rotating between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM.
• The Location: Hybrid. You must reside in the Toronto/GTA area and have the legal right to work in Canada.
• The Nesting Period: After your remote training (Weeks 1 and 2), to set you up for absolute success, you will spend up to 6 full weeks in-office (Mon-Fri) at our 80 Spadina Avenue headquarters for training. After that, you transition to our standard hybrid/remote model.
• The Voice of Wealthsimple: You aren’t just a support agent; you are an advocate for our clients’ financial freedom. You will break down complex investment, trading, and personal finance concepts so they are simple and accessible.
• Strategic Problem Solving: You own the client journey end-to-end. Whether navigating a massive institutional transfer or untangling a back-office glitch, you ensure our clients hit their financial goals.
• "Maker-Owner" Mindset: You’ll work cross-functionally with Product and Operations, learning the deep mechanics of our tools and actively improving them based on your front-line insights.
• Expertise at Scale: Master multiple financial platforms simultaneously and establish yourself as a true fintech expert.
• The Experience: 1–2 years of high-volume customer service experience (Retail, Hospitality, Banking, or Tech Support).
• The Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in personal finance and the stock market. (Knowing your way around an RRSP or a TFSA puts you ahead of the game!).
• The Tech Agility: You live in the fast lane. You are comfortable juggling multiple browser tabs, living in Slack, and leveraging keyboard shortcuts for maximum speed.
• The Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Bilingual French is a massive plus!).
• The Mindset: You are resilient, adaptable, and ready to embrace a rotating schedule in a hyper-growth environment.
