WEICON Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our Canadian branch in Kitchener, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order-picking experience who is ready to continue building their skills. A successful candidate should be comfortable in a warehouse environment and understand the importance of accuracy, safety, reliability, and teamwork. About WEICON Inc. WEICON Inc. has been supporting customers across North America from our Kitchener, Ontario branch since 2008. From this location, our team supports customers throughout both Canada and the United States with WEICON’s full range of specialty chemical products and tools. WEICON develops, produces, and distributes specialty chemical products, including adhesives, sealants, technical sprays, assembly pastes, greases, and high-quality electrician’s stripping tools made in Germany. WEICON Inc. is one of 12 international WEICON branches, with company headquarters located in Münster, Germany. Qualifications Previous hands-on experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order-picking environment is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established processes and safety procedures. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stay active throughout the workday. Microsoft Office experience required; ERP/CRM experience is an asset. WHMIS, TDG, power jack, or stacker certification are assets; training will be provided. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately. Receive and verify incoming freight. Loading and unloading pallet shipments from trailer trucks using an electric pallet jack. Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy. Schedule shipments and pickups with courier and transportation providers. Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems. Assisting with training other warehouse staff as needed. Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and ready for daily operations. Work closely with office staff to support smooth order fulfillment. Hours of Work Full-time, permanent position based in Kitchener, Ontario. The regular schedule is Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with no weekends.
