Assistant Engineer - Business Excellence (m/f/d)

Overview

• Digitalization & Automation - Support Solution development and consulting within the M365 - Power Tools environment, in collaboration with IT application experts.
• Tools & Frameworks - Support Business functions in building solutions (e.g., PowerBI), by providing consulting, guidance, and best-practice recommendations. Creation & maintenance (e.g., PSC/PET tools, Project Methodology). Manage and support business tools such as Qlik and OTRS, ensuring their effective utilization and maintenance.
• Project Management - Manage and coordinate digitalization projects and initiatives within the M365 environment, including small-to-mid-sized projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Training and Development - Provide training and support to employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
• Customer Focus - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction by enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of products and services.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Engineering from a recognized professional institute.
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the relevant field. Experience in Project management will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Should be a Team Player processing strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, Follow through commitments and meeting deadlines.
• Working experience in MS Outlook, Excel, and the M365 platform is required. Hands-on experience with SAP, OTRS, and Qlik will be an added advantage.
