We are looking for a new team member for our Finance team who is ready to grow their career while making a positive impact on our customers. Step into a role where your work not only counts but also contributes to keeping our customers successful.

You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable for the stores and distribution centers assigned to you, in accordance with the standards and policies established by UAP Inc.'s head office.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients in your designated territory to ensure payment of accounts and follow up as necessary for outstanding balances;
• Respond to client inquiries regarding their accounts;
• Complete weekly reports to be submitted to managers;
• Collaborate with sales representatives, operations managers, and store managers regarding client accounts;
• Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) and any other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.
