Financial Analyst

Overview

• You will manage the end-to-end sales compensation process, including administration of complex incentive plans, system configurations, monthly payouts, and adherence to internal guidance, controls, and deadlines.
• This role will report to Finance Manager
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reporting, in compliance with accounting policies and IFRS, including variance analysis, management reporting, KPI monitoring, and reconciliation of data from multiple sources.
• Act as a key finance partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insight, guidance, and support to business and finance teams, tax and audit consultants, while ensuring transparency and effective stakeholder communication
• Drive strong governance, controls, and continuous process improvement, proactively identifying risks and issues, recommending solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards, and maintaining high levels of accuracy, integrity, resilience, and deadline management.

What You'll Be Doing

Qualifications

• 5 years of financial planning & analysis, sales operations or compensation experience gained in a multi-national business in a complex, matrix environment in accordance with IFRS
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Finance & Business or relevant numerate science
• Great compensation package and discretionary bonus plan
• Hybrid work arrangement - 2 days WFO and 2 days WFH
