We are seeking a Territory Manager - Institutional (JB/Penang) to drive profitable growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service across an assigned territory.

About the role

The Territory Manager - Institutional is responsible for growing sales, profitability, and customer retention across a designated territory within the Institutional business. The role manages existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across sectors such as Hospitality, Healthcare, Food Service, Facility Management, and Building Service Contractors (BSC).

The Territory Manager partners closely with technical service, customer service, supply chain, and sector leadership teams to deliver customer value and achieve business objectives
