Before you apply: this role requires recent, hands-on experience owning a workforce, resource or crew scheduling product (things like shift scheduling, time & attendance, capacity planning or absence management)  as a genuine Product Manager or Product Owner, not a Business Analyst, Programme Manager or delivery lead working to someone else's requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to contribute to the strategy, discovery and delivery of operational workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries.

You will drive product initiatives from discovery through adoption, working closely with customers, engineering, design and industry experts to validate opportunities, build business cases and deliver measurable outcomes.

Based in the United Kingdom, the role has a global remit across North America, Europe and APMJA. You will work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to identify opportunities, validate needs and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

This role requires strong product leadership, strategic thinking and a passion for applying AI, automation and emerging technologies to solve complex workforce and operational challenges.
