Driver Operations Associate (Fleet Onboarding | 6-month contract)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Driver Community & Fleet Acquisition Associate to strengthen Lalamove’s presence within the local driver and automotive ecosystem.

This is a field focused role for someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring new opportunities and building relationships on the ground. You will act as the company’s eyes and ears in the market, identifying potential driver supply partners, gathering feedback from drivers and uncovering new channels through which we can grow our driver community.

You do not need to be an automotive or logistics expert from day one. However, you should be commercially aware, willing to learn and able to communicate confidently with people at different levels, from individual drivers-operators to fleet owners, association representatives and business decision-makers.
