Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine)

Overview

• Assist in planning and developing Italian cuisine menus and recipes, ensuring authenticity, quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the Italian kitchen and ensure smooth service.
• Control food cost, labor cost, purchasing, portion control, and inventory while minimizing food waste.
• Ensure all food products meet the hotel’s quality, presentation, and F&B standards.
• Lead, coach, and train kitchen team members to maintain high culinary standards and teamwork.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and Health & Safety.
• Continuously review the operation and recommend improvements to enhance the Italian culinary product and guest experience.
