Butcher - The Langham, Jakarta

Overview

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Culinary, or related field.
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Butcher in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment.
• Good knowledge of meat preparation, cutting techniques, and food safety standards.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
