Overall Purpose
This role leads product marketing for Zelle end to end, with accountability for the strategy, standards, operating model, and commercialization approach that connect customer and market insight to product strategy, positioning, launch, partner activation, adoption, and ongoing optimization across the Zelle portfolio.
You will serve as the senior product marketing partner to Product and lead the product marketing function for Zelle, creating a consistent, repeatable approach across core capabilities and expansion use cases. You will shape clear, consistent positioning and prioritization across Zelle, establish strong product marketing practices, and ensure teams move from market understanding through commercialization with clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and continuous learning.
In addition to leading product marketing overall, you will directly own Zelle commerce, focused on expanding Zelle beyond person-to-person money movement into everyday payments, including corporate biller and omni-channel merchant use cases. You will help define the segmentation, value proposition, partner pathways, and go-to-market model required to scale adoption across financial institutions, merchants, and platform partners.
This is a player-coach role. You will remain hands-on in the highest-priority commercialization work while leading the Zelle product marketing function and supporting clear ownership across the team. You will provide strategic direction, connect work across the portfolio, and help establish consistent product marketing practices, while also acting as the central connector across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Risk, Compliance, Communications, and external partners.
