Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Manager – Leisure is responsible for driving and managing leisure business for Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Apartments, with a strong focus on revenue generation, market development, and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.
• Identify and secure new leisure business opportunities across key source markets.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve revenue and room-night targets.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and regular account reviews.
• Lead contracting, rate negotiations, tactical promotions, and seasonal offers in line with commercial strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing to optimize business opportunities and hotel performance.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and industry networking events.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, account records, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Support the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing in executing the hotel’s overall leisure sales strategy.
