Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Catering Sales Manager will drive banquet and event revenue through weddings, social functions, corporate meetings and conferences. You will manage client enquiries, conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, negotiate packages and coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful events. As an upcoming hotel, you will play a key role in building the hotel's catering business, developing client relationships and securing event bookings ahead of opening.
