HR Officer

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Human Capital team as an HR Officer. This is an operations-focused role where you will handle the day-to-day HR transactions that keep the business running, building strong practical foundations in HR operations. What You'll Do: Create and process employment contracts through Qiwa, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law Manage Iqama renewals, work permits, and exit/re-entry visas through Muqeem Handle GOSI registrations, updates, and terminations Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases Process employee requests — letters, certificates, leave, and general HR services Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system setup Assist with payroll input and attendance data Prepare HR operational reports and track key data Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data Proficient in Microsoft Excel Good communication skills in Arabic and English Organized and able to manage multiple requests at once Saudi National Exposure to Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI) is a plus COOP training or internship experience in HR is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Performance bonus Comprehensive medical insurance (A+) Training & development opportunities Clear career progression path
