About the role

Qualys is looking for a hands-on, high-impact Sr. Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive hiring across critical technology functions.

This role is for a recruiter who can speak the language of technology, build talent pipelines from scratch, influence senior hiring managers, and close highly competitive candidates . You will own complex searches end-to-end and bring strong market intelligence, creative sourcing, and a high bar for talent to every hire.
