Manager Data Design and Engineering

Overview

The Manager – Data Design & Engineering is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and engineering of the enterprise data platform, spanning multiple environments. This role owns the technical design of data ingestion, transformation, and storage layers (Bronze/Silver/Gold or equivalent architecture), sets data modeling and engineering standards, and leads a team of data engineers and designers who build and maintain the pipelines and data structures that power the organization's data platform. The role is architecture- and build-focused, distinct from day-to-day operations/service delivery functions.
