Client Services Account Manager – Payer Healthcare Services

Remote, United States | Full-time | $120,000–$140,000 annual base salary | Travel up to 10%

Own the relationships and behind-the-scenes execution that keep Medicare and Medicaid programs moving. Our client partners with health plans to deliver clinical assessments, close care gaps and improve program performance. You’ll connect payer priorities with operational delivery, turning performance data and client feedback into action.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day health plan relationships, program commitments and client communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing delivery with clinical, outreach, scheduling, operations and data teams.
• Monitor service levels, volumes, quality and deadlines; resolve issues before they become client escalations.
• Lead clear, useful business reviews with performance insights, action plans and accountable follow-through.
• Keep client expectations, internal priorities and contractual deliverables aligned.
• Relevant healthcare account management, client services or program operations experience, ideally five or more years.
• Direct experience supporting Medicare or Medicaid programs—either at a healthcare services company serving payers or within a health plan managing external clinical or assessment partners.
• Practical knowledge of risk adjustment, HEDIS/quality improvement, care-gap closure or related value-based care programs.
• Strong follow-through across multiple workstreams and confidence translating reports into client-facing recommendations.
• Clear communication, sound judgment with sensitive health information, and proficiency with Excel or comparable reporting tools.

What you’ll bring

Experience with in-home, mobile or virtual assessment programs is a plus. You’ll have clear account ownership and meaningful influence on how healthcare programs perform and reach members.

Compensation

The annual base salary range is $120,000–$140,000.
