About the Role

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing (Cases, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case).
• 4+ years of experience in Agile testing environments.
• Strong experience in designing and executing Functional, Regression, Integration, E2E, and UAT testing.
• 3+ years of automation experience using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong coding skills in Java and understanding of OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using REST/SOAP services, Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of integration testing, data validation, and data reconciliation across connected systems.
• Experience working with web technologies such as HTTP, REST, JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and backend validation.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and AIO/Xray.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead E2E testing efforts and mentor junior QA engineers.

The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual and automated testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrated enterprise systems. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce testing, Selenium automation, API validation, and end-to-end integration testing within Agile teams. The successful candidate will also mentor junior team members and drive quality engineering best practices.

What You'll Need

Strong IT professional with 4-6 years of experience in manual and automation testing, including Salesforce CRM applications. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ownership, accountability, and the ability to independently lead testing activities.
