ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the day-to-day marketing, communications and PR activities of Vhernier in the UAE, working under the guidance of the Marketing & Communications Manager.

This is a hands-on support role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn, and comfortable working across press, events, social media, suppliers and general administration. Part time, 2.5 days per week, based in Dubai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the local marketing and communications plan.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact with the PR agency, with the support of the Marketing & Communications Manager: follow up on requests, share assets and information, and track ongoing activity.
• Coordinate press and influencer activity, including product loans, mailers and follow-up on returns.
• Compile press coverage and activity reports for the Manager and HQ.
• Support the preparation and on-site delivery of events, boutique activations and client experiences.
• Support local social media activity, including content planning, asset collection and drafting captions in line with Maison guidelines.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials using the official Vhernier template.
• Support English and Arabic copy and localisation for client-facing materials.
• Coordinate CRM gifting and client gifts, whether sourced locally from supplier quotation or sent from HQ, through to delivery, in coordination with the operations team in the UAE.
• Follow up with suppliers on briefs, quotations, samples and timelines.
• Raise and follow up Purchase Orders and invoices in SAP, and keep supporting documentation in order.
• Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in keeping the marketing budget tracker up to date and following up on spend.
• Maintain trackers for campaigns, events, assets and press coverage.
• Support boutique openings and retail projects with press materials and event logistics.
• Liaise with internal Richemont teams including Finance, Procurement and HR as required.
• Around 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR or events.
• Experience or strong interest in luxury, jewellery, fashion or premium retail.
• Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage; willingness to learn is required.
• Good Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Office skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive, practical and willing to support across different areas of the business.
• Fluent English is required; with a good knowledge in Arabic .
• Comfortable with a part-time schedule, with flexibility around events and launch periods
