Senior CVM and Marketing Analysis (Banking Industry)

Overview

Senior CVM & Marketing Analytics – Banking 7+ years of experience in Banking CVM, Customer Marketing, or Marketing Analytics. Strong experience in customer segmentation, cross-sell modelling, campaign eligibility, uplift, and incrementality measurement . Must have solid experience in the Banking industry . Experience in designing and measuring banking marketing campaigns end-to-end. Strong understanding of banking commercial drivers, including: Product holding & cross-sell Deposit & balance growth Lending & card propensity New-to-bank acquisition Experience owning CVM use cases such as: Cross-sell Card activation & usage Balance growth Silent attrition Lifecycle & transaction triggers Good understanding of marketing eligibility and regulatory requirements , including suitability, affordability, credit gating, and auditability. Strong experience in control group design and incrementality measurement . SQL knowledge is required. Nice to have: Islamic Banking experience Customer Data Platform / Campaign Management Platform experience Experience working with Engineering teams to define customer attributes and segments.
