About the role We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Specialist Retail to join our team at WAVIN INDONESIA. This full-time position is based in Balikpapan - East Kalimantan and will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving our business objectives. What you'll be doing Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers in Balikpapan - East Kalimantan Region area. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities aligned with the company's goals. Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within your target market. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and achievements. Continuously seeking to expand your product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements Proven track record of successful sales retail experience, preferably in a similar industry Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar commercial sales role. Proven experience in territory sales management , including developing and managing sales within assigned areas. Strong experience in the retail business , particularly in managing retail stores and sales channels. Experience in distributorship management , including developing and maintaining distributor relationships. Experience in managing NOO (New Outlet Opening) and expanding the retail outlet network. Proven ability to manage and develop Area/Account Officers (AO) to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Strong skills in negotiating and maintaining relationships with retail stores and distributors . Good understanding of POS (Point of Sale) management , including POS execution, visibility, merchandising, and sales performance at stores and distributors. Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution channels, and retail execution . Experience in the same or related industry is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze territory performance and identify opportunities for sales growth and market expansion .
