Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to support business performance reviews.
• Analyze financial results and variances against budgets and forecasts, providing clear explanations and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Design and manage comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to gather financial inputs, challenge assumptions, and consolidate budget submissions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize business outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations that communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate financial data, documentation, and analysis as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance function.
• Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience working within a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Prior experience in a Senior Financial Analyst or FP&A role with exposure to strategic planning initiatives.
• Knowledge of IFRS or local Egyptian accounting standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools and ERP systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong command of P&L reporting, variance analysis, and budget consolidation processes.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate raw data into meaningful financial narratives.
