Envision Employment Solutions is expanding! We’re looking for passionate Technical Recruitment Partners to join our growing team. THE ROLE You'll run full cycle recruitment for our partners across a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on technology. Most of your requisitions will be technical, spanning software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps and emerging tech. Alongside that, you'll support non technical hiring across functions. The mix usually sits at around 60% technical and 40% non technical, and it shifts with client demand, so no two months look exactly the same. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams, build pipelines that hold up under pressure, and make sure every candidate and client walks away with a great experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO Recruitment & Strategy Lead full cycle recruitment across technical and non technical roles, adapting your approach to each requisition Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans and turn them into practical hiring strategies Design and run scalable approaches for both high volume and niche roles Build sustainable talent pipelines across the functions we hire for Sourcing & Talent Engagement Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, job boards, referrals and networking events Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with candidates Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer Screening & Evaluation Conduct thorough screenings to assess skills, experience and cultural fit, whether the role is technical or not Manage structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks Process Optimisation & Data Improve recruitment workflows using ATS tools and sourcing technologies Track and analyse key metrics such as time to hire, conversion rates and pipeline health Use data insights to raise both hiring speed and quality Market Intelligence Stay on top of market trends, emerging skills, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring practices Share relevant market insights and recommendations with hiring managers WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with an HR concentration), Human Resources Management or a related field 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience with a strong technical focus, plus exposure to non technical and high volume hiring in fast paced environments Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken Strong command of sourcing tools and professional networks Hands on experience managing the full recruitment cycle using a range of interview and evaluation methods Experience with ATS systems (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus) Highly tech savvy and comfortable with Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello and similar tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A client focused mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients Sharp problem solving skills and attention to detail YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU You can switch from sourcing a DevOps engineer to filling a sales role without missing a beat You enjoy learning enough about a tech stack to hold a credible conversation with a candidate You like the energy of high volume hiring as much as the challenge of a hard to fill niche role You treat hiring managers as partners, not order takers You measure your success in quality hires, not just CVs sent Benefits WHAT WE OFFER A competitive package based on your experience and qualifications, including basic salary, commission, transportation allowance and social insurance Individual medical insurance, fully covered through GlobeMed Paid time off Office perks: unlimited snacks, coffee, tea and soft drinks And most importantly, an AMAZING team to work with!
