ABOUT THE ROLE

• You'll join Vibe's GTM Operations team — the group that owns the systems Sales, SDRs, CSMs, and AMs run on every day — reporting to the Director of GTM Operations.
• You'll own infrastructure the entire company depends on — a nine-person team touches it daily, but the data it produces powers every function downstream — work with the newest generation of AI tooling for CRM administration, and sit close enough to the business that your input shapes strategy rather than just executing it.

You'll join Vibe's GTM Operations team — the group that owns the systems Sales, SDRs, CSMs, and AMs run on every day — reporting to the Director of GTM Operations. Salesforce is our source of truth for our Prospect and Customer data, account assignment, and pipeline management, and until now it's been maintained by an excellent team of distributed contractors. We're bringing it in house so the person who owns this infrastructure is embedded closely enough to understand what's riding on it. You'll own infrastructure the entire company depends on — a nine-person team touches it daily, but the data it produces powers every function downstream — work with the newest generation of AI tooling for CRM administration, and sit close enough to the business that your input shapes strategy rather than just executing it.
