The Complex P&C Executive is responsible for providing effective administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function across Anantara and Avani Kalutara Resorts . The role will ensure the timely and accurate execution of key Team Member services, statutory requirements, and daily P&C activities across both properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain food handlers’ medical examinations , ensuring medical requirements are completed and records are kept up to date.
- Manage and coordinate Team Member accommodation arrangements , including room allocations, movements, and related administrative requirements.
- Support the administration and maintenance of Team Member locker facilities , ensuring proper allocation and records are maintained.
- Coordinate EPF and ETF registrations and maintain accurate statutory records and documentation.
- Provide effective support for daily People & Culture operations across both properties.
- Assist Team Members and departments with routine P&C-related queries and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Support general P&C administrative activities, including letters, reports, employee documentation, and filing.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of P&C-related requirements.
- Assist with other P&C activities and CSR projects as assigned by the Cluster Director of People & Culture.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across two properties.
- Strong confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in People & Culture / HR administration , preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of EPF/ETF procedures and employee welfare administration will be an advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR/P&C administrative role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with Team Members and operational departments.
