8FLAMEZ Ventures Dubai, hybrid | Full-time | ADGM Ventures team Our creators are building businesses. Your job is to keep them involved + make sure the content happens. WHO ARE WE? 8FLAMEZ is a creator management company + venture studio, co-founded by AboFlah. We build businesses with leading creators across MENA, with creators owning what they build. We’re hiring a Talent Manager who can turn that ownership into consistent involvement, strong storytelling + published content. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will own the day-to-day relationship with creators around their ventures. That means understanding their priorities, protecting their time + making sure the commitments we agree are delivered. This role is about venture participation and content delivery, not selling sponsorships. Build trusted relationships with creators + their teams. Keep them connected to the product, customer feedback and the next business milestone. Turn agreed creator commitments into clear filming + publishing schedules, covering launch and the ongoing support that follows. Secure filming time early, work around travel + existing commitments, and make sure everyone knows what is happening and when. Prepare creators with our content producer, so every shoot has a clear purpose, a strong brief + everything needed to use their time well. Follow content through filming, editing, approval + publication on the creator’s channels. Confirm that posts are live, not simply marked as delivered. Spot delays, scheduling clashes + potential brand conflicts early. Bring a practical recovery plan and escalate commercial or contractual decisions to management. Keep one clear record of commitments, approvals, usage permissions + published links, with a weekly update on what is complete, what is at risk and what needs a decision. GOT WHAT IT TAKES? You’re borderline relentless about follow-through, without making every conversation feel like a chase. You have managed creators, talent or high-profile personalities and can show examples of commitments you took through to completion. You understand how to work with creators and their teams across MENA. Fluent English is required. Arabic is a strong advantage, but not essential. You can have a direct conversation about a missed commitment while preserving trust. You know when to push, when to solve a problem + when to escalate. You are organized, discreet and calm when plans change. You can run a reliable calendar + tracker in Notion, Google Calendar or similar tools. 🚀 WHAT WE OFFER Help creators build businesses they own, with a role that goes well beyond one-off campaign delivery.
