About the role
- Proven experience for operations of branch office.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Proven sales Metrics & track record of sales.
- Resolve service complaints and maintain good communication with network partners and port authorities.
- Control local budgets, manage cash ledgers, track receivables, and report performance to top management.
- Supervise, train, and guide branch staff to ensure efficient task delegation and high productivity.
- Must have strong sales, management, and customer service skills.
- Proactive in networking to increase revenue and build relationships.
- Proven experience in serving dry bulk cargo and diverse break bulk cargo.
- Ensure consistent high level of accuracy of deliverables.
- Meet or exceed annual KPI’s targets for Port Services performance
We are looking for an energetic colleague for mid-level leadership operational role within our Port Operations Department. The role will be responsible to manage overall service operations continually driving service quality of resources and efficient services provided to ship-owners, charterers, ship masters, terminals, shippers, receivers, relevant authorities, and service providers within designated ports and Oman geography.
