As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be a trusted clinical partner before, during, and after implementation. You will assess workflows, shape education strategies, deliver outcome-focused training, and collaborate across sales, service, product, and project teams to support customer success.

Bilingual requirement: Professional fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required. You must be comfortable facilitating clinical education and customer discussions in both languages.

What you will do

·     Be the clinical expert. Serve as a subject matter expert in critical care patient monitoring, clinical workflows, and technology adoption.

·     Lead implementation education. Assess customer needs and workflows, develop learning plans, and deliver role-based education for clinicians, super users, and other stakeholders.

·     Deliver engaging learning experiences. Facilitate onsite and virtual training, demonstrations, workshops, and evaluations in French and English. Adapt your approach to the audience, care setting, and learning needs.

·     Support safe and confident adoption. Reinforce evidence-informed practice, system capabilities, alarm-management concepts, and workflow standardization within the approved scope of GE HealthCare solutions.

·     Partner across the customer journey. Support pre-sale demonstrations, implementation planning, go-live readiness, post-implementation optimization, upgrades, and strategic customer touchpoints.

·     Build trusted relationships. Collaborate with clinical leaders, educators, super users, key opinion leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen adoption and long-term customer outcomes.

·     Collaborate as one team. Work closely with colleagues in Clinical Applications, Sales, Service, Product, and Project Management. Communicate risks, dependencies, customer feedback, and opportunities clearly.

·     Drive continuous improvement. Capture training outcomes, share field insights, contribute to education content, and remain current on critical care practice, patient monitoring, and adult learning.

·     Operate with quality and integrity. Follow GE HealthCare quality, compliance, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements, along with applicable customer policies and regulations.

What you bring

Required qualifications

·     Professional fluency in French and English, including the ability to teach, present, and write effectively in both languages.

·     Registered Nurse in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body. Current or recent critical care experience is strongly preferred.

·     Degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 3+ years of clinical experience in critical care, acute care, or patient monitoring.

·     Demonstrated knowledge of critical care workflows and physiologic monitoring, including ECG, hemodynamic monitoring, related parameters, and alarm management.

·     Experience developing and delivering clinical education using adult learning principles.

·     Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear, practical guidance for varied audiences.

·     Ability to work independently from a home office while contributing actively to a collaborative national team.

·     Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Canada, including frequent overnight travel and occasional weekend support. Some travel to the United States may be required.
