Advantage Angels is hiring dedicated temporary Kitchen Assistants to support care homes and healthcare providers across West Sussex, and the surrounding area Your Role As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital part in the kitchen, supporting chefs in preparing delicious, nutritious meals. This includes: Supporting chefs with daily kitchen tasks Washing dishes and cooking utensils Keeping the kitchen and serving areas clean, hygienic, and compliant with health and safety standards Maintaining a high standard of infection control and adhering to the Food Standards Act 1999 What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a catering role The right to work in the UK A strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen health and safety practices Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and a high level of reliability A driving licence is preferred but not essential
