• Lead day-to-day operations across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operational best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive results.
• Current South Carolina Nursing Home Administrator and/or Assisted Living licensure preferred, or ability to obtain licensure within required timeframe.
