Overview

• Ensuring the day-to-day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely. (Returns, Replacement, Penalty Payments)
• Collects data and prepares routine reports for management review.
• Work with 4PL to ensure service and order deliveries to customers on time and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements.
• To support PAP and PTA deliverables from Supply Chain Deliver’s end.
• Leads on Weekly Operations Review Meetings, Customs Brokerage Meetings and 4PL Business Review Meetings.
• Supports in audit documentation preparation and supporting documents.
• To support in audits by being the audit scribe/backroom support.
• Supports initiatives and project implementations by providing ideas, suggestions, data collection, executing deliverables.
• To not only be in the task force of projects, but also co-lead in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
