As an Oracle Technical Director, you will lead the charge in delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve guiding multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle technology solutions, confirming that client needs are met with precision and efficiency. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic technology planning and execution for Oracle-based solutions
• Overseeing the development and integration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Data Integration
• Driving business transformation initiatives through process improvement and optimization
• Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) solutions
• Managing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher projects to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Promoting innovation and digital tooling to improve service excellence and client satisfaction
• Mentoring and guiding teams in AI-human collaboration and rapid experimentation
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing business growth
• Encouraging systemic thinking and strategic questioning to address complex challenges
• Fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment to drive team success
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Demonstrating strategic technology planning and systemic thinking
• Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
• Excelling in business transformation and process optimization
• Cultivating executive-level client relations and driving business growth
• Leading multiple projects with a strategic mindset and innovation
