As an Oracle Channel Revenue Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement Oracle's suite of applications, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on Oracle's tools designed to manage the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will deepen your understanding of the business context, interpret data to inform insights, and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's purpose and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Channel Revenue Management implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements, spanning sell-side and buy-side channel flows from discovery through design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare.
- Own the overall solution design and delivery approach for channel incentive processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, auditable, and aligned with business requirements, pricing policy, and revenue recognition standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, and Finance stakeholders, translating commercial objectives into effective channel program strategies and recommending appropriate program structures, eligibility rules, accrual treatments, and settlement approaches.
- Lead the design and configuration of Customer Channel Management programs, including customer rebates, customer promotion programs, annual and tiered volume programs, customer volume programs, annual co-op programs, lump sum payments, off-invoice promotions, special price agreements, and royalty payments.
- Lead the design and configuration of Supplier Channel Management programs, including supplier rebates, supplier annual rebates, ship-and-debit programs, supplier claim submission and validation, accrual reconciliation, and Supplier Portal collaboration.
- Govern the design of Deductions and Settlement processes, including claims, deductions, overpayments, invoice deductions, non-invoice deductions, manual claims, claim investigation, dispute handling, write-offs, and settlement by credit memo, debit memo, chargeback, check, or Payables payment.
- Oversee configuration of core setup objects including channel settings, channel program types, claim types, claim reasons, claim sources and settlement methods, user statuses, customer trade profiles, supplier trade profiles, approval rules, and claim assignment and ownership rules.
- Provide functional and technical leadership for integrations between Channel Revenue Management and Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Receivables, Payables, Procurement, Inventory, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger, with a strong understanding of accrual, claim, settlement, and accounting event data flows.
- Lead the design of pricing-related configuration supporting channel programs, including qualifiers, custom qualifiers, modifiers, price lists, and net-of-rebate conditions within Oracle Fusion Pricing.
- Own the accrual and liability management design, including trade fund budgets, fund allocation, accrual creation and adjustment, accrual balances, earnings versus payments reconciliation, pay-over-earnings thresholds, and period-end close support.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, projects, and stakeholder priorities while ensuring agreed quality, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed.
