• Maintain end to end accountability for product performance across the portfolio, including P&L oversight, key performance outcomes, and data driven optimization of investment, prioritization, and results.
• Translate strategy into clear product direction by shaping strategic requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and balancing customer needs, business objectives, and system-level tradeoffs across teams.
• Set portfolio guardrails and decision frameworks that guide execution across multiple product teams.
• Build and scale cross functional alignment and execution across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high impact launches, adoption, and sustained post launch growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set product goals, priorities, and investment decisions, and represent the product organization in senior level, cross functional forums.
• 12+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience, including 3+ years managing PM leaders or leading high-impact portfolios.
• Ability to communicate with executive presence; aligning teams and leaders around vision, outcomes, and strategy.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Comfort working with executive leadership and influencing at a senior level.
• Working in and managing a complex ecosystem of public and private sector stakeholders.
• Track record of aligning product strategy with technical architecture across teams or organizations.
• Proven ability to define and scale best-in-class product development practices across teams, shaping product culture and execution frameworks org-wide.
• Experience with metric-driven product planning and execution.
• Proven success scaling high-impact product areas or launching 0-to-1 initiatives that deliver long-term business value.

The vacant Senior Group Product Manager role will report to the Head, KONEK. A Senior Group Product Manager (Sr. GPM) leads a portfolio of product teams focused on delivering strategic outcomes across a major area of the business. A Sr. GPM oversees multiple product managers, drives the vision and execution of critical product lines, and serves as a cross-functional leader aligning engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders.
