After Sales Service Coordinator

Overview

• Receive and process customer complaints and inquiries via email, coordinating with internal teams and branches to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Organize and optimize maintenance schedules based on urgency and geographic locations, assigning tasks to appropriate technicians to ensure immediate resolution.
• Oversee daily schedules, efficiently manage cancellations, and provide real-time updates to technicians regarding calendar adjustments.
• Prioritize maintenance scheduling in response to critical breakdowns, dispatching senior technicians to ensure rapid and effective resolution.
• Monitor pending job orders and coordinate new service appointments immediately upon the arrival of required spare parts.
• Maintain organized physical and digital archives of all job orders and related documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and communicated.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• SAP Experience/Knowledge.
• Computer skills – full awareness of MS applications.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
