As a Workday Recruiting - Senior Associate you will focus on consulting services for Workday human capital management applications, helping clients analyze needs, implement solutions, and support adoption across recruiting and human capital processes within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, anticipate team and client needs, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts while strengthening your professional presence and technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to project delivery, interpret feedback and data to inform recommendations, support training and user adoption, and validate that the Workday solution aligns with broader business objectives and ongoing change.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client recruiting requirements and translating them into Workday Recruiting solutions
• Implementing and configuring Workday Human Capital applications to support recruiting workflows and talent processes
• Supporting client workstreams by gathering requirements, documenting process details, and tracking open issues
• Interpreting data from recruiting and workforce reports to inform recommendations and process improvements
• Developing test scenarios, supporting system testing, and validating configuration outcomes across project phases
• Coordinating training materials and user guidance to promote effective adoption of Workday Recruiting tools
• Collaborating with internal and client teams to address implementation challenges and maintain project momentum
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives and technical standards
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• At least one Workday certification aligned to Human Capital Management solutions
• Demonstrating Workday Recruiting configuration experience across client engagements
• Applying Human Capital Management knowledge to business process improvement
• Interpreting data to shape recruiting insights and recommendations
• Managing client needs while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Guiding junior team members through complex delivery work
