As a SAP PMO - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency. By analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support, you will enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives
• Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive project plans
• Allocating resources effectively to support seamless integration and utilization of SAP solutions
• Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks to validate successful delivery
• Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to optimize operational efficiency
• Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to enhance project outcomes
• Engaging stakeholders through effective communication and cross-functional team coordination
• Developing business cases and managing project budgets to achieve benefits realization
• Leveraging Agile methodology and project management software to track and report project status
• Supporting program capacity building and scope management to drive successful project delivery
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient project management
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Project Management
• Excelling in cross-functional team coordination
• Leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex problems
• Managing program scope and capacity building
• Developing business case strategies for client solutions
• Navigating ambiguity with intellectual curiosity and learning agility
