People Development & Culture Lead Expert

Overview

• Provides internal advice, creates concepts and promotes the implementation of activities on the topics of talent management, learning, personnel and management development, LEONI values and cultural development.
• Supports HR and country or site management in the annual talent management cycle - employee development conversations, performance & development conferences, succession planning, etc. , including relevant IT tool support.
• Consults, designs, implements, controls and monitors country-specific development and talent activities, including development diagnostics in collaboration with leaders.
• Designs, implements and manages the country-specific learning offers and programs, including support for the learning management system LMS, is responsible for the national training catalog and supports global learning offers and the implementation of the global learning catalog.
• Assesses and analyses local learning needs according to organizational needs and creates and maintains the relevant annual training plan.
• Plans local learning offers and training courses, manages external training providers - coordination of content, coordination and support in training implementation, billing, overarching relationship management - or carries out training courses itself.
• Supports in coordinating and carrying out global employee surveys, conducts country or site surveys, consolidates results, assists in analyzing results and following up on derived actions.
• Advises, designs, implements, steers and monitors country-specific activities for further cultural development and the LEONI values.
• Ensures the quality of country-specific activities and measures and reports and monitors corresponding key figures.
• Communicates regularly with colleagues from the Global People Development, Leadership & Culture team and the global expert community and supports cross-country projects, activities and the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Implementation and further development of local employee retention concepts based on global HR standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a learning and development role.
• Experience in the Manufacturing or Automotive industry are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• High level of communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and ERP Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and e-learning software; experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
