The Producer works closely with various departments to deliver impactful content for esports and business development initiatives. What You'll Do: Write complete briefs before anything is shot or edited. Every piece gets a clear concept, shot list, reference with timestamps, deliverable specs (formats, aspect ratios, captions), and a deadline, so editors and videographers can execute without guessing. Develop content ideas for the esports team across personality, competitive, and MLBB knowledge content, including recurring formats like vlogs and mic checks, that grow the fanbase and fit the brand. Create storylines and content concepts for the talent team, building ongoing narratives around each talent's personality that grow their audience and support their brand deals. Work with the business development team on sponsor and partner video concepts, and make sure every sponsored piece delivers what was promised, including brand mandatories and approval steps. Plan the content calendar at least two weeks ahead in ClickUp, with every task assigned an owner, a deadline, and a publish date. Schedule editor time across esports, talent, and sponsor work, balancing workloads so every project gets delivered on time without stalling other priorities. Lead shoots alongside the videographer, and run match day coverage with a plan ready for both win and loss outcomes. Lead and coach the video editing team. Give specific, timestamped feedback, fix unclear inputs before blaming the output, and build each editor's ownership of their tasks in ClickUp. Review every cut before it goes to approval, holding a consistent standard for hooks, pacing, audio, captions, and branding. Track content performance weekly and report what worked, what didn't, and what changes next week. Manage production budgets and vendors so resources go where they have the most impact on output. What You'll Need: 3+ years producing video content, ideally in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment. A strong editing background. You won't be the main editor, but you understand editing well enough to direct cuts precisely and step in when needed. Experience developing content for creators or on-camera talent, including shaping their storylines and personal brand. A portfolio of pieces you produced, with your role on each explained, plus at least one brief or shot list you wrote. Experience leading editors or a small production team. Highly organized and deadline-driven, comfortable working inside project management tools like ClickUp. Strong short-form story instinct: you know what makes the first three seconds of a TikTok or Reel work. Familiarity with MLBB and the MPL scene, and awareness of how other orgs approach content.
